Commonly used are the following oxidation coloring methods:

1. anodized film of aluminum anodized film is dyed by adsorbing dyes.

The anodic oxide film of 2. spontaneous anodic oxide film is a kind of anodized oxide film produced spontaneously by the alloy itself under the effect of electrolysis in certain suitable electrolyte.

3. the coloring of the electrolytic coloring anodic oxide film is coloured by electrodeposition of metal or metal oxide through the gap of the oxide film.

Aluminum plate and diamond carving:

At low temperature, it can also maintain good compressive strength, high mechanical strength, high resistance to wear, light weight relative to heat index up to 80C in high temperature, it can also maintain good size stability and fire protection, simple gloss, easy to color, relative to other thermoplastic plastics to say low cost of typical use of electronic consumer goods Toys, environment-friendly products, automobile dashboards, door panels, outdoor protective grille.

Surface electroplating process

Electroplating is a surface processing method of plating metal ions on the surface of the matrix metal in the salt solution containing the metal, which is deposited in the surface of the matrix by electrolysis. The properties of the coating are different from those of the base metal and have new characteristics. According to the function of the coating, it is divided into protective coating, decorative coating and other functional coatings.

Electroplating process generally consists of three stages: pretreatment before plating, plating and post plating.

Surface sandblasting

The application of sand blasting on metal surface is very common, the principle is to impact the accelerated abrasive particles to the metal surface, and to achieve rust removal, deburring, oxidation layer or surface pretreatment, which can change the surface of metal and stress state. Some parameters that affect sandblasting technology should be noted, such as abrasive type, abrasive particle size, jet distance, spray angle and speed. In addition to sandblasting, shot blasting is also a good choice.

Sand blasting technology can be divided into two kinds of air pressure spray gun and impeller shot blasting, and the advantage of sand blasting technology is that it can remove the burrs of the thinner workpiece and pore, and it can clean the rust stains of the remnants of the sand casting process and the rust of the cast iron or steel. Clean up deoxidized leather after heat treatment, heat treatment, hot forging and rolling. In addition, on the application of coating, it can remove the existing coating or protective coating, and provide luster surface for defects such as cracks or cold marks covering the casting.

In addition to the surface stress, it can provide uniform coarsening surface, oil and spraying effect. In high stress metal parts such as spring and connecting rod, it can produce deformation and strengthen. The enhancement effect is the use of circular abrasives such as stainless steel balls, shot blasting machines or special powerful sandblaster. If the surface hardening effect of the machine is to be determined, the test piece can be shot blast or sandblasting, and then the deformation is measured to meet the requirements.
